Tele 2 Radius Server maintenance Feb 11, 23:00 - Feb 12, 03:00 UTC
We have received notification from Tele 2 regarding planned maintenance on their Radius server configuration.

Tele 2 will perform a packet gateway maintenance to implement upgrade for load balancing of Radius messages for customers with AAA/Radius solution in their setups. This change will add an extra layer of message load balancing to prevent radius server overload.

No downtime is expected from the operator during this maintenance, however please regard this service as at-risk during the maintenance window.

If you do encounter any issue during this window, please raise a ticket via the Pelion platform and we will liaise directly with the network.

When: The change freeze will be enforced between on Monday 25th February 2019 until Friday 1st March 2019.

What: During this time no code changes or infrastructure changes will be made to our production platforms.

In the event of a service incident, our engineers will continue to resolve issues as normal, and where required Emergency Changes may be implemented.

Scheduled - We will be performing a migration of DNS provider for iot-x.com and all sub domains on Tuesday 8th January at 2pm UTC. The hosting location and all DNS entries for Pelion CMP will not be changing and there should be no impact to any platform access during the migration window.

This change does not impact traffic routing from devices/SIMs to the internet or customer private services and is only applicable to the web platform.
