Monitoring - Service has continued to improve on both Voice and Data and traffic was re-introduced on the network in a controlled manner. The incident remains open until all services are fully working and a technical call is still ongoing for the remaining issues

Scheduled - Essential maintenance will take place within our Edinburgh Data Centre on Friday 11th October between 16:00PM GMT - 18:00 GMT to mitigate potential performance issues with services hosted at this location.

During this change window we will be upgrading the physical RAM capacity which requires the server to be powered down with engineering resource on hand to ensure services are stopped/re-started gracefully.
